Oppo has unveiled their new custom operating system which is the ColorOS 7 yesterday. Now the company has announced that the upcoming Reno 3 series will be the first smartphone from Oppo to utilize the OS.
They also revealed that the upcoming Reno 3 series will support dual mode 5G which simply means compatibility with both NSA and SA standards. This was made known through their Weibo official account.
Oppo has also said that the smartphone will be launching next month in China. The smartphone as per previous leaks will come with a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 by 2400 pixels.
It’s an AMOLED panel with 90Hz refresh rate and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 SoC, paired with an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is also a quad rear cameras consisting of 60MP + 8MP + 13MP + 2MP cameras. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera.
