Tecno has officially introduced the POP 5 Pro smartphone in India as she had promised. The model is the first smartphone in Tecno’s POP-series to mount a 6000mAh battery. It has a 6.52-inches screen with HD+ IPS panel and a dewdrop notch on the front.
Recall that Tecno introduced the POP 5 LTE in India last week, and that model has almost similar looks with the new 5 Pro, except that their internal specs are not the same.
For example, while the POP 5 LTE has 8-core Helio A25 CPU, the 5 Pro is given quad-core Helio A22 CPU @2.0 GHz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The model is backed by 3GB RAM and 32-Gigs of internal storage.
Camera options on the phone includes an 8-megapixel main lens with f/2.0, and a secondary AI Depth sensor, while a single 5-megapixel selfie shooter is kept on the front.
The POP 5 Pro has Tecno’s HiOS 7.6 on top of Google Android 11 out of the box. It is available in Deepsea Luster, Sky Cyan and Ice Blue colors. Tecno is peaching the POP 5 Pro at Rs. 8.499 in India, an equivalent of about $115 US Dollars, and it is available across popular retail stores in the country.
