Good smartphones are getting cheaper is the most appropriate tagline to describe OnePlus’s latest offer, the Ace 2V. This device belongs to the company’s Ace series, and despite the close naming scheme, it should not be confused with the Ace 2.
With the Ace 2V, OnePlus is wooing smartphone enthusiast, who wants to get the most out of every single penny spent on a device. The Ace 2 boasts a large 6.74-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 1450 nits and ultra-narrow size bezels measuring just 1.46mm.
The device is powered by a Dimensity 9000 SoC with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and features a 4129 mm² VC cooling system with a larger heat dissipation area. It uses a new generation of ultra-high-performance graphite for heat dissipation, which offers 92% higher performance than ordinary graphite.
The phone has a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera, providing users with the flexibility to take stunning pictures in a variety of settings. The device features a 2.8D micro-arc glass back with a frosted glass design, which adds an extra touch of elegance to its overall appearance.
The OnePlus Ace 2V comes equipped with a powerful 5000mAh battery and support for 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, which can charge the device in as little as 32 minutes. The battery also retains 80% battery health after 1600 charge and discharge cycles, which is twice the current industry standard.

The OnePlus Ace 2V is available in three models with varying storage capacities, priced at 2,299 yuan ($332) for 12GB + 256GB, 2,499 yuan ($360) for 16GB + 256GB, and 2,799 yuan ($404) for 16GB + 512GB. It is available to preorder from today and will officially go on sale in China from March 13th.
