Realme has launched the Realme X2 in China as promised, It is priced at RMB 1,599 (around Rs 16,000) for the 6GB + 64GB storage and the 8GB + 128GB model costs RMB 1,899 (around Rs 18,900). Realme is offering RMB 100 discount for anyone who will buy the smartphone between September 24th to September 26th, meaning it will be available in RMB 1,499 (around Rs 14,900) for the 6GB model, while the 8GB + 128GB costs RMB 1,799 (Rs 17,900) during the period of the discount respectively.
The Realme X2 was beautifully made, it spot a gradient color finish which changes colors when light bounces at it, it comes in two colors which are Pearl White and Pearl Blue. It measures 158.7×75.2×8.6mm and weighs 182 grams, the fingerprint sensor is carefully positioned at the back of the device.
It comes with a 6.4inch Full HD+ display which has a resolution of 1080 by 2340, looking at the top, it has a waterdrop notch cut-out where the 32mp camera sits.The display is an Amoled display and it is strongly protected by Corning gorilla glass 5.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the all new Snapdragon 730G which has an Octa core processor clocked at 2.2GHz, it runs on Android 9 pie with ColorOS 6.0 slapped on top of it. For graphics or gaming, it comes with Adreno 618 GPU.
The phone comes in two variants: 6GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB UFS 2.1 storage that is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
In the camera department, this device boasts of a quad rear camera setup which consists of a 64MP primary sensor with Samsung GW1 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP 4cm macro lens. On the front, there is a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats.
