Samsung Galaxy Quantum 3 now official

Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy Quantum 3 in South Korea. The device which comes as the direct successor to the older Quantum 2, is powered by the Dimensity 900 CPU from MediaTek, has 8GB RAM, comes with four camera lenses on the rear, and powered by a 5000mAh battery.

The comes in a 6.7-inches Super AMOLED Plus display with 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has a dotted notch on the head, and the display supports 120Hz refresh, and come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front.

One unique features of Samsung Quantum series is the phone’s security features, thanks to the presence of a dedicated Quantum Chip.

However, the looks and specs of the Galaxy Quantum 3 is very similar to the Galaxy M53. Camera specs on the device are also carried from the M53. These includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultrawide, 2-megapixel macro and a fourth 2-megapixel depth, while the selfie shooter is caped at 108-megapixels.

The phone boot Android 12 OS with One UI 4.1 out of the box, has a sided fingerprint scanner and powered by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. The phone comes in 164.7 x 77 x 7.4 mm body, and weighs 176 grams.

Pricing and availability

The Galaxy Quantum 3 is currently only in South Korea. Color options on the the phone includes Black, Green and White. As for pricing, nothing was official stated when the news was written.
