Tecno Phantom V Fold now official in Kenya

Tecno has announced the launch of the Phantom V Flip 5G in Kenya for KES 94,999. The phone is already available for purchase across partner stores in the country.

The Phantom V Flip 5G is Tecno’s first flip Android smartphone after the company’s success with the Phantom V Fold. It comes in a classic clamshell design with a tiny 1.32-inch screen on the front and a larger 6.9-inch AMOLED display when unfolded.

On the inside, the Phantom V Flip 5G is powered by the Dimensity 8050 5G SoC, along with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU, 8GB RAM, and a built-in 256GB ROM. The phone runs on Google Android 13 with HiOS 13.5 out of the box.

In terms of cameras, the Phantom V Flip 5G has a dual-lens rear camera system with a 64-megapixel main sensor and a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor. On the front, there is a single 32-megapixel selfie camera.

The phone also has a 4000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. It is available in Iconic Black and Mystic Dawn colors.
