Vivo, a Chinese smartphone manufacturing brand has just announced a new smartphone under its V-series. The new device as it is called; Vivo V25 5G, is the direct successor to the Vivo V23-series of last year.
As an upgrade, the new comer it got better CPU and a more recent Android operating system. To begin with, the Vivo V25 5G has a 6.44 inch FHD+ display featuring an organic EL display and a 1080 x 2408 pixels. It supports 5G network, thanks to the presence of the Dimensity 900 from MediaTek.
Vivo V25 5G is powered by a 4500mAh battery, and the cellphone supports up to 44W fast charging technology. The phones fingerprint sensor is placed inside the screen, and it support face identifications as well.
The smartphone is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core CPU, clocked at 2.4GHz, along with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The phones Operating System is Google’s Android 12 with Funtouch OS v12.
The Vivo V25 5G is a mid-range Android smartphone that comes with a RAM size of 8GB, and internal storage capacity of either 128/256GB, and this can be expanded by an SD-card.
Coming to the camera department, the device sports three camera system on it rear. These includes a 64-megapixels main lens, an 8-megapixels ultrawide and a third 2-megapixels depth sensor.
One other thing that makes the smartphone to stand out among other Vivo brands is the high-pixel 50-megapixels camera in front used for taking selfies and for video calling.
Sadly, the phone does not have a 3.5mm audio jack, but it offer NFC, USB Type-C, and can be used with dual Nano-SIMs. The phone is painted in Diamond Black and Sunrise Gold, has a 4500mAh battery and boot Google Android 12 with Funtouch OS v12 out of the box.

The Vivo V25 5G are Diamond Black and Sunrise Gold. The colors change with light. The phone is scheduled for Asia debut in August, 2022. The price in Thailand is 13,999 baht ($391.14) for the RAM 8GB/128GB variant, and 14,999 baht ($419.08) for the RAM 8GB/256GB variant.
