Vivo has announced the Vivo Y28 4G, a straightforward smartphone equipped with notable features. Despite the naming, the Y28 4G should not be confused with the Y28 5G that has been launch in some other markets, since both devices are powered by different CPUs; Helio G85 vs Dimensity 6020.
What You Should Know About the Y28 4G
As stated above the Y28 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and offers two memory configurations: 8GB RAM with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card.
The device sports a 6.68-inch IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 720×1608 pixels. The battery is a significant 6000 mAh, supporting 44W fast charging.
This put the Y28 4G a little under the Tecno Pova 6 Neo which has a larger 7000mAh battery, and slightly above OPPO’s new A60 with 5000mAh battery.
For photography, the Y28 4G includes a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor, along with an 8 MP front camera.
