The rumored Nokia G100 is now on sales via Amazon, and the asking price is $99.99. It is an entry-level 4G smartphone targeted at folks on budget, following the same route as the Nokia C200 4G that was announced last month.
The phone is locked to Total Wireless network, so except you are the US, and a subscriber of Total Wireless, you may not be able to use these device. But don’t worry, nothing is really special about the G100 that you can’t find on other Nokia device.
From the front, the G100 is given a 6.5-inches HD+ screen with 720 x 1600 pixels. The display has a notch on the head, and there is a single 8-megapixel selfie camera within that space.
As per rumor, the Nokia G100 was to come with Snapdragon 615, a supposed 8-core CPU maxed at 1.7GHz. The sales page on Amazon however listed quad-core CPU @2.0GHz. It is backed by 3GB RAM and a 32-Gigs of internal storage.
Interestingly, the phone is given a sided fingerprint scanner, and fueled by a 5000mAh battery. As for the operating system, Google Android 12 is available out of the box.
