iTel, a budget-friendly smartphone brand, has announced its first 5G phone, the iTel P55 5G. The device is priced starting at just 9,699 INR (around USD 115) for the base memory option, making it one of the most affordable 5G phones currently on the market.

The iTel P55 5G features a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 5G processor, which is a capable octa-core chip that can handle most tasks with ease. The phone comes with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage.

In terms of cameras, the iTel P55 5G has a dual-camera setup on the back with a 50MP main sensor and a depth-sensing sensor. On the front, the phone has an 8MP selfie camera.

The iTel P55 5G is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. It also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and runs Android 13 out of the box.
