itel have just announced the S24 Android smartphone. The device is the latest budget offer from itel Mobile, serving as the successor to the current S23 series. It boasts some notable improvements, particularly in processing power and camera capabilities. Here’s a closer look at the key features and specs of itel’s all new S24 smartphone.

Processing Power
The S24 is the world’s first smartphone to sport MediaTek’s Helio G91 chipset, an affordable 4G gaming CPU. This chipset offers enhanced performance compared to the Tiger T606 found in previous S23 4G. It features two Cortex-A75 CPUs clocked at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 CPUs at 1.8GHz.
For a better understanding, the Helio G91 shares similar specifications and power with the older Helio G88 and the Helio G85, however, the ISP on the G91 is slightly better than the previous models. ISP refers to the Image Signal Processor, so better ISP usually means better or faster image processing.
Storage Options
The phone comes in several storage variants: 128GB ROM with 4GB or 8GB RAM, and 256GB ROM with 8GB RAM. There’s also the option to virtually expand the RAM by up to an additional 8GB on each model.
Camera
The S24 marks a significant leap for iTel in the camera department. It’s the first phone from the brand to boast a whopping 108-megapixel main sensor, a massive upgrade from the previous generation’s 50-megapixel limit. Accompanying the main sensor is a QVGA depth sensor, while an 8-megapixel selfie camera sits within the punch-hole display.
