Mobicel Launches Three New Affordable Smartphones in South Africa

South African mobile technology manufacturer Mobicel has launched three new affordable smartphones in the country. The new devices, the Mobicel PX9, Mobicel RX17, and Mobicel VX18, are all powered by Android GO and offer a variety of features at an affordable price point.

The Mobicel PX9 is the most affordable of the three devices, priced at just 1,299 Rand. It features a 5.99-inch FWVGA+ display, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and a 3,000mAh battery.

The Mobicel RX17 is priced at 1,499 Rand and features a larger 6.517-inch HD+ display, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and a 4,000mAh battery.

The most advanced of the three devices is the Mobicel VX18, which is priced at 1,599 Rand. It features a 6.52-inch HD+ display, a 13MP+0.08MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and 4G LTE connectivity.

All three devices are available in South Africa now. The Mobicel PX9 is available in green, the Mobicel RX17 is available in blue and grey, and the Mobicel VX18 is available in black and blue.
