The Honor 9X is a mid-range smartphone from Huawei. The device comes with a large 6.59-inch screen with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The display account for above 84% of the frontal view, thanks to the use of a motorized front-facing camera, which pops up on the top of the device. The display is LTPS IPS panel, and has tiny bezels all round.
Specification wise, the Honor 9x is powered by an Octa-core Huawei’s home-made Kirin 710F clocked at 2.2GHz, along with Mali-G51 GPU, 64/128GB internal storage and either 4/6 GB of RAM. If you want, you could also attach up to 1TB SD card for room to keep multimedia.
On the camera department, you are getting a triple rear camera sensors, comprising of a 48 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a third 2 MP depth sensor, along with a single LED flash. Selfie duties are however, left to a 16-megapixel lens kept in the pop up camera upfront.
You are also getting a rear placed fingerprint scanner and Android 9.0 (Pie) based on Huawei EMUI V9.1. The device is available in either Midnight Black or Sapphire Blue colors. It comes with a Hybrid SIM slot with 4G VoLTE network. You also get Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C interface, and a 4000mAh battery out of the box.
