IIIF150 B2 Ultra Highlights and Overview
This is IIIF150 B2 Ultra. It is the higher version of the standard IIIF150 B2. The model is powered by the Helio G99 CPU from MediaTek, and it comes in a 6.78-inch screen with 1080 x 2460 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Interestingly, the IIIF150 B2 Ultra is the first rugged smartphone to feature Samsung’s S5KHP3SP camera sensor. This is a 200-megapixel sensor with F/1.65 and a 1/1.4-inch sensor size. There is also a 64-megapixel OV64B ultrawide sensor with F/1.8 aperture, as well as a third 2-megapixel macro shooter.
The IIIF150 B2 Ultra is also powered by a large 15,000mAh battery, accompanied by a 65W fast charger. It also has a secondary Watch-size screen on the rear, while a physical Fingerprint scanner sits by the side. The phone is available in a single 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM, and boots Google Android 13 out of the box.
