Huawei has confirmed that it will be launching the mid-range Huawei Y7p in Nigeria soon. Although, it was not clear how soon the launch will be, but since the Y7p is not a new device of it own, it could arrive in Nigeria within the next 7-days. The phone was announced recently in Kenya, and now set to debut in Nigeria.

Being an older device, we are pretty familiar with all it specs and features and these includes a 6.39-inches display with HD+ (720X1560 pixels) resolution and a punch-hole. The phone is powered by Hisilicon Kirin 710 chipset which is coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

For the optics, the Y7p has three camera sensors at the back. The mains snapper is a 48-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, pegged with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a third 2-megapixel depth lens with f/2.4 aperture. The phone features a front camera of 8-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture, hidden in the notch upfront.

It comes with a rear placed fingerprint scanner and boot Android Pie out of the box. The Huawei Y7p is backed up by a 4000mAh battery and come with dual SIM support with 4G VoLTE network, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS. One major thing will’ll be looking out for when the device is announced in Nigeria would be the price, which might be around 60K mark.
