The Japanese tech company, Lenovo, has announced that it is introducing a new premium notebook PC, the Yoga Slim 970i. The Yoga Slim 970i is equipped with Core i7-1280P with 12 cores and 16 threads on the CPU.
In terms of performance, the single is the same as the Core i7-11375H and the multi is the same as the Ryzen 7 5700X. The device is a 12th generation Core series Core i7-1280P with WUXGA resolution organic EL display.
The Yoga Slim 970i was created with a sense of luxury, so it adopts a 3D curved glass at the top board with aluminum base housing. Combined with the gold color, it is a design that can be used by anybody.
The new PC is equipped with a 14-inch WQUXGA (3,840 x 2,400) organic EL display, which is also touch screen compatible. It supports 125% of sRGB and also supports Display-HDR 500, so users can expect rich color output.
On the memory front, the PC’s memory is 16GB RAM and the internal storage is 1TB, which is also suitable for the installed CPU.
The Yoga Slim 970i is powered with a 4-cell 75Whr battery. For the fact that this is a nominal value battery capacity, it claims that the continuous use time is 12.2 hours.

Yoga Slim 970i is the company’s flagship model in the YOGA PC series, and it was claimed that it is not just about the processor, but also the high-quality organic EL display. It will be released this August, and would cost around 290,000 yen ($2111.69).
