LG decided to top up the G series smartphone with LG G8s ThinQ, this so called smartphone has a lot of great amazing features that will blow you away, it comes with Hand ID which uses infrared light to identify the pattern of veins in users’ hands for authentication, amazing right? not only that.
It also comes with touchless hand gestures called Air Motion to perform various actions on the phone such as navigating the gallery without touching the screen, you just need to wave your hand across the screen and your device will respond to the movement.
This device comes in two variants, 6gb RAM and 64gb RAM variant and 6gb RAM and 128gb RAM, it is only the price of the 128gb RAM variant that is known for now, it retails at Rs 36,990.
Going to the specs, on the front, it has a 6.21-inches display, it’s a Full HD+ display which means it has a resolution of 1080 by 2248 pixels, the device has a PPI of 401 and 19:9 aspect ratio. It’s a G-OLED panel screen with 82.0% screen to body ratio, the display is also protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 855 Chip which has an Octa core processor clocked at 2.84GHz, it runs on Android 9.0 pie with LG UX 8.0 out of the box and Adreno 640 for graphics or gaming. The processor is also paired with a 6gb RAM and 64gb/128gb internal storage.
In terms of camera, this device spot a triple rear cameras which are the 12mp camera with f/1.8 aperture accompanied by a led flash, 12mp telephoto lens with f/2.6 aperture and 13mp ultra-wide with f/2.4 aperture, on the front, it has 8mp selfie shooter with f/1.9 aperture, both the front and back camera records video in 1080p at 30fps.
What is keeping the light on is a 3,550mAh Li-Po battery which supports fast charging upto 18W.
