If you own an Asus smartphone, you may have been on the lookout for the latest Google Android iteration for your device. Today Asus has confirmed the list of it smartphones that will get Google Android 13 OS, starting from next month.
Depending on the model of Asus smartphone you own, and either it fall within the company’s premium devices or not, you may or may not get official Android 13 on your Asus device due to limited support.
As per the company’s tweet via it verified Twitter handle, the update will start rolling out from the month of December. The recent Zenfone 9 smartphone will be the first device to get the update, followed by the Zenfone 8-series in January of 2023.
Other Asus flagship smartphone, like the ROG Phone 6-series, will start getting Android 13 update from Q1 of 2023, and stretching all the way to Q2 of the same year, for the older ROG Phone 5-series.

Note that all these are the company’s flagship phones, released between 2022 and 2021. No Asus device from 2020 and before, has been officially slated for Android 13 update.
