Micromax has officially announced the company’s IN Note 2 smartphone in Indian. The device brings an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 gaming CPU in a glass-like plastic body, that houses a 6.43-inches AMOLED screen on the front. The screen has a dot-notch, and the panel has up to 550 brightness nits with 1080p resolution.
The IN Note 2 comes in all plastic body, but polished like glass. It has a dedicated Liquid Cooling technology on the inside to help heat dissipation during heavy tasks. The CPU is paired with 900MHz Mali-G76 GPU, along with 4GB RAM and 64-Gigs of internal storage.
The model has four camera lenses on the rear; a 48-megapixel main lens with f/1.79, 5-megapixel ultrawide lens with 115° FoV, along with two other 2-megapixel sensor for depth and macro shooting respectively.
The camera module seems inspired from Samsung’s Galaxy S21-series. There is also a single LED flash on the rear, while the frontal snapper is a single 16-megapixel lens.
The Micromax IN Note 2 measures 159.9 × 74.3 × 8.34 mm, and weighs about 205 grams. Within this body, there is a 5000mAh battery that rocks 30W fast charging. The phone’s 3-in-1 card slots is kept by the side, as well as the fingerprint scanner, which doubles as it power button.
The Micromax IN Note 2 comes in two colors options; Black and Oak. It will start selling on India Flipkart, starting January 30th at a promoted price of Rs. 12,490, but the final cost will rest on Rs. 13,490. That is about 167 and 180 US Dollars respectively.
