During the launch of the iQOO 15 Ultra, which is positioned as a serious gaming focused flagship, iQOO revealed that the device achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of 4,518,403. Now, the upcoming OnePlus 15T has appeared on the same benchmarking platform, posting a result that comes very close to that figure.

The AnTuTu entry for the OnePlus 15T shows a total score of 4,455,423. Breaking it down further, the device recorded 1,233,201 points in the CPU test, 1,565,952 in GPU performance, 622,283 in memory, and 1,033,987 in the UX category. These numbers are notable, especially since the OnePlus 15T is not marketed as a dedicated gaming device like the iQOO 15 Ultra.
Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, combined with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs Android 16 and is expected to feature a display with a 165Hz refresh rate.
The benchmark listing identifies the phone with the model number PLZ110. Earlier reports had also revealed the same model at China’s 3C certification platform, where it was shown paired with a 100W charger.
OnePlus 15T specifications rumored
According to recent leaks, the OnePlus 15T could come with a 6.32 inch OLED display featuring ultra slim bezels, a 1.5K resolution, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner integrated beneath the screen.
On the back, the phone may offer two possible camera configurations. It is rumored to feature either a 200 megapixel Samsung HP5 main sensor or a 50 megapixel Sony IMX906 primary camera. Both setups are expected to be accompanied by a 50 megapixel Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto lens. For selfies, the device is likely to include a 32 megapixel front facing camera.
The handset is also tipped to include a large 7500mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Additional features may include a Plus Key, a metal middle frame, and IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
