Unihertz, a manufacturer known for rugged smartphones, has introduced the Unihertz Tank 3S (8849 Tank 3S). This mid-range Android phone joins the existing Tank series, targeting users who prioritize durability and specific features.
The Tank 3S follows the Tank 2 series and the Tank 3/3 Pro models. While the Tank 3/3 Pro focused on performance and camera upgrades, they lacked the built-in projector present in the Tank 2. The Tank 3S bridges this gap by offering both the projector functionality and the improved performance aspects of the Tank 3/3 Pro.
The Tank 3S maintains the series’ focus on ruggedness. It boasts an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and is built to withstand shocks. The phone also packs a large 15600mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging.
