Black Shark 1 is an old device that was released since April 2018 which is about a year and five months now, the Company which was backed up by Xiaomi has released three successors to it’s very first gaming device.

When the Black Shark 1 was launched, it comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and you guys knows that Google has already released two OS which are: Android 9 pie and the recent Android 10 Q but it seems the Black Shark 1 can’t make its way to Android 10, so it was finally updated to Android 9 pie.

The update is now rolling out to all different Black Shark 1 devices and the Android 9 pie that the Smartphone is getting has so many things that the normal Android 9 doesn’t have, the update now brings Screen-Recorder, Face Unlock, camera optimizations, performance optimizations, system stability and a feature that lets users share a WiFi network through hotspot. It has also been reported that the update brings August 2019’s security patch.

The update is said to be rolling out globally, so if you own a Black Shark 1, you should go check System Updates under Phone Settings or wait for the OTA’ notification,

we taught they added all this features to Black Shark’s Android 9 in order for it to serve as a compliment of the device not getting the Android 10 Q.
