Xiaomi hav just announced a new smart band in Malaysia dubbed Mi Band 4C. The fitness band looks like a downgraded Mi Band 5 with an impressive 24/7 heart rate monitoring as well as 5ATM rating for water resistance. The band is available in Malaysia, and priced at 99 Ringgit, which translate to around $24 USD.
At the above price, you are getting a 1.08-inch TFT display with a screen resolution of 128 x 220 pixels, with up to 200 nits of screen brightness. The display panel is touch sensitive capacitive screen with 2D tempered glass and a single touch button to wake up or go back from one menu to another.
The fitness band comes with a PPG heart-rate sensor to monitor user’s heart rates and sleep pattern 24/7. It comes with app notifications, incoming call display as well as music control. It can also monitor step counts, distance and calories burned, thanks to the built-in five different sports modes including outdoor running, exercise, cycling, treadmill and fast walking.
Powering the Xiaomi Mi Band 4C is a 130mAh battery with up to 14 days standby from a 2 hours charge time. The main band is available in Black, but can be paired with other colorful straps, and you are also getting built-in USB 2.0 port, a 3-axis accelerometer and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.
