The Pad 7s Pro, Xiaomi’s next flagship tablet, has been teased for release in China. The device’s appearance on Geekbench earlier this week verified that Xiaomi’s proprietary Xring O1 chipset was there. The full tablet specs have now been made public on Weibo by Tipster Digital Chat Station.

According to the leak, the Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro would come with a 12.5-inch LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a resolution of 3.2K. For eye comfort, it will enable complete DC dimming and a maximum brightness of 1000 nits. For improved reading comfort, Xiaomi is reportedly working on a special version with a soft light screen.
Xiaomi’s own 3.4GHz Xring O1 CPU will be included with the Pad 7S Pro. Despite its enormous capacity, it will include a 10,610mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, allowing for quick top-ups. A 50-megapixel sensor on the rear and a 32-megapixel front camera make up the camera system.
Other notable features include compatibility with Xiaomi’s newest pen, the Focus Touch Pen, a quad-microphone array, and support for a magnetic floating keyboard. The gadget will run Android 15, which is based on HyperOS 2.0. Despite its big size, it will be incredibly portable due to its exceptionally thin 5.8mm profile and light weight of 576 grams.
The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2, which is said to be the company’s sole foldable phone for 2025, is expected to make its debut in China later this month with the Xiaomi Pad 7s Pro.
