Doogee S99 and Doogee V30 5G are now official. As you would expect, both smartphones are highly spec’d rugged phones. The S99 proud it self as the first rugged phone to offer a whooping 64-megapixel dedicated night camera. The V30 on the other hand, is the world first rugged phone with eSIM support, and it is 5G enabled as well.
Going into the hardware segment, the S99 is powered by the Helio G96 Octa-core CPU, has 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM, and powered by a 6000mAh battery with both wired and wireless fast charging rated at 33W and 15W respectively.
The V30 on the other hand is powered by the Dimensity 900 5G Chipset. This model has 8GB RAM, and paired with 256-Gigs of ROM. Interestingly, the battery power is pushed to 10,800mAh, and it has 66W fast charger, along with 15W wireless charing.
On the camera wing, the Doogee V30 5G has three sensors on the rear. These includes a 108-megapixel main lens, 20-megapixel dedicated night sensor and a third 16-megapixel ultrawide shooter. This is the same camera setup on the S99, except that the dedicated night shooter is pushed to 64-megapixels.
The two phones are IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certified. However, while the V30 5G is got 6.58-inches FHD+ screen on the front, with up 120Hz refresh, the S99 comes compact at 6.3-inches screen and misses out on the 120Hz refresh.

Pricing and availability
The Doogee S99 comes in Titanium, Aluminium, Cooper and Gold color, while the V30 5G is available in either Orange or Black colors. Pricing for the S99 is yet to be revealed, but the V30 will be premiered on Aliexpress from the 22nd to 23rd of December, at a promoted price of 279 US Dollars.
