Samsung has recently unveiled its One UI 5.1 update roadmap, which has been swiftly implemented on eligible devices. This update has already been made available for a variety of flagship and older phones.

According to the roadmap, the Samsung Galaxy Note series was scheduled to receive the update in the last week of February. However, Samsung has now begun rolling out the One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy Note 20 and the Note 20 Ultra in the Argentine region, and it is expected to be a phased rollout across other regions in the upcoming weeks.

Samsung One UI 5.1 features include an easier method of adjusting color tone for selfies, quick access to Expert RAW, easier sharing of photos with family members using the shared family album, and the ability to enhance the texture of photos with Remastering, which automatically removes shadows and reflections.

Other features include viewing pictures or videos in the gallery with a simple swipe, searching for multiple people or subjects simultaneously, selecting where to save screenshots, and using up to three emoji in the AR Emoji camera.

Additionally, users can resize doodles and move them, erase parts where the brush is used on the AR Doodle home screen, and use the new Battery widget to check the battery level of their Galaxy device.

The update also introduces a new illustration style and a quick summary of the current weather conditions, allowing users to set different wallpapers on the lock screen and home screen based on their current activity.
