Honor has officially introduced its latest premium smartwatch, the Watch 5 Pro, built for adventure seekers, fitness enthusiasts, and those focused on health and wellness. The device combines a tough, durable exterior with a stylish finish, offering both rugged performance and an elegant design. Here’s a closer look at what the new smartwatch brings.
Meet the Honor Watch 5 Pro
The Watch 5 Pro debuted alongside the Magic 8 smartphone series, Earbuds 4, and MagicPad 3 Pro. Honor designed it to withstand tough environments, earning IP68, IP69, IP69K, and 5ATM water and dust resistance ratings. The smartwatch features a 1.5-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, 310 PPI density, and up to 3000 nits of peak brightness for excellent outdoor visibility.
Battery life is another key highlight — the Watch 5 Pro can last up to 15 days on a full charge in Bluetooth mode, or about 3 days when used in eSIM mode.
Artificial intelligence is at the core of Honor’s latest lineup, and the Watch 5 Pro is no exception. It integrates YOYO AI and DeepSeek technology, offering smart customization for watch faces, voice recording with transcription, and gesture-based controls. The smartwatch also includes AI-driven health and fitness features, such as an intelligent personal coach that helps users plan workouts, monitor progress, and achieve specific fitness goals based on individual activity levels.
Health tracking is a major focus too. The Watch 5 Pro includes sensors to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, calories burned, and even supports ECG recording. The Bluetooth-only version of the Honor Watch 5 Pro is priced at 1,599 Yuan (approximately 224 US dollars), while the eSIM model costs 1,699 Yuan (around 238 US dollars). Pre-orders are already open, with official sales beginning on October 23, 2025.
