iQOO is gearing up to unveil the Neo 11 lineup in China later this year. Ahead of its debut, the Neo 11 Pro has made an appearance on Geekbench under the model number V2520A, shedding light on its processor and performance scores. This handset is expected to be the third from Vivo’s ecosystem to adopt MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip, following the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro that are set to launch in October.

According to the listing, the Neo 11 Pro will run Android 16 and pack 16GB of RAM. On Geekbench 6.5, it recorded a single-core score of 3,320 and a multi-core score of 9,898. Prior to this, the same device was certified with a 100W fast charger on China’s 3C platform.
The Dimensity 9500 is built with a 1+3+4 CPU arrangement. It features a prime core clocked at 4.21GHz, three mid-tier cores at 3.50GHz, and four efficiency cores running at 2.70GHz. Alongside this, MediaTek has included a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU that introduces a new architecture with improved ray tracing and better energy efficiency. Compared to the Dimensity 9400, the new chip is said to deliver more than 40 percent gains in graphical performance, making it a strong contender for mobile gaming and heavy multimedia workloads.
iQOO Neo 11 series rumored specifications
The Neo 11 family will reportedly include two devices — the standard Neo 11 powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite and the Neo 11 Pro featuring Dimensity 9500. Both models are expected to sport a flat OLED display of around 6.8 inches with 2K resolution, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded in the screen, and a sturdy metal frame. Power will likely come from a battery exceeding 7,000mAh, with 100W fast charging as standard.
The series is said to arrive after the iQOO 15, which itself is scheduled to launch in October with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Based on this timeline, the Neo 11 Pro is expected to break cover sometime between November and December in China.
