UMi have just announced the UMiDIGI Bison, the company’s first attempt into the rugged smartphone wing. The device is based on the Mediatek Helio P60 mobile processor, and come with four rear cameras at the back. As for the built quality, the phones come in toughened body with IP68/IP69K rating, making it dustproof, waterproof and shock resistance.

The UMiDIGI Bison comes in a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ display with 1080 x 2340 pixels. It has a U-shaped notch overhead, and come with unknown Corning Gorilla Glass protection, with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
On the camera department, the device utilizes four camera modules at the back and a single 24-megapixel selfie snapper up front. The rear sensors includes a 48-megapixel Sony lens with f/1.8 aperture, a wide 120 degree 16-megapixel lens and a dual 5-megapixel sensors, being depth and macro lens respectively.
As mentioned above, the UMiDIGI Bison is powered by the Mediatek Helio P60 CPU clocked at 2.0GHz, pegged with Mali G72 GPU. For optimum performance, the CPU is accompanied by Liquid Cooling System 2.0 for proper heat dissipation. It has 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and a USF 2.1 128GB internal storage.
The Bison support Global LTE network, come with Hybrid Nano-SIMs, has a side placed fingerprint scanner and support NFC. On the inside, there is a large 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB Type-C interface.
As for pricing and availability, the UMiDIGI Bison is available in Lava Orange and Cyber Yellow colors. The phone purchase page is already live via Aliexpress.com at $299.
