Apple has officially announced its special event on September 12th, with the tagline “Wonderlust” and an Apple logo in different colors, hinting at the new colors for the iPhone.
The event will be held at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California, and will begin at 10AM PT (10:30 IST). It will be livestreamed for free on Apple’s website and YouTube channel.
The new iPhone 15 series is expected to be the highlight of the event. The four models in the lineup are expected to feature thinner bezels, Dynamic Island, customizable action button, and USB-C ports.
The iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max are also rumored to get a titanium frame and an upgraded camera system with a periscope lens.
Apple is also expected to announce new Apple Watch models at the event. The Apple Watch Series 9 is expected to be a minor update over the previous model, while the Apple Watch Ultra is rumored to be a more high-end model with a larger display and longer battery life.
In addition to the iPhone and Apple Watch, Apple may also announce other products at the event, such as new AirPods or a new Mac mini.
