Xiaomi, the popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has introduced three new limited edition colors for its latest flagship phone, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The new color variants include Cabernet Orange, Sky Blue, and Ginkgo Yellow and will be available in limited numbers.
The company claims that the second-generation nanotech silicone leather technology used in these phones is resistant to fingerprints and smudges, and has antibacterial and anti-yellowing properties. Xiaomi further adds that the bacterial inhibition rate of this technology can reach up to 99%.
Aside from the color addition, the technical specifications of Xiaomi’s 13 Ultra remain the same. The phone boasts a 6.73-inch Quad HD+ LTPO AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, quad 50MP rear cameras with 6 focal lengths, Leica optics, and a co-engineered Summicron lens.
Additionally, the phone comes equipped with a 32MP front-facing camera, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired turbo charging, 50W wireless turbo charging, and reverse wireless charging.
The new color variants of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra are only available in the 16GB+512GB storage configuration and are priced at 6499 yuan (US$ 941 / Rs. 76,960 approx.). These phones are are already on preorder in China and will go on full sales starting May 6th.
