iQOO has officially introduced the Neo 11 Ultra as the newest gaming focused smartphone in its Neo series. The device continues the brand’s strategy of combining powerful performance, gaming features, and premium hardware at a lower price than its flagship models. Its standout features include a new MediaTek chipset, a massive battery, a high resolution 144Hz display, and advanced cooling technology.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is available in a new Wind Chaser finish alongside Black and White options. Its rear panel uses a matte texture designed to resist fingerprints and is paired with a matte metal frame. The horizontal camera module houses two rear cameras, while the phone measures 9.13mm in thickness.
The smartphone is the first device to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500M processor, which is a variant of the Dimensity 9500 with one less GPU core. It is paired with LPDDR5X Ultra memory and UFS 4.1 storage.
For sustained performance, iQOO has equipped the phone with an 8K Ice Dome vapor chamber cooling system. There is also a dedicated Q2 chip that can upscale supported games to 2K resolution, helping deliver sharper visuals while maintaining smooth gameplay.
The Neo 11 Ultra features a 6.83 inch 2K display based on a new light emitting material developed by Visionox. The panel supports refresh rates of up to 144Hz, with brightness reaching 2,000 nits across the entire screen and up to 4,500 nits in smaller areas.
The display also uses circular polarization technology to help reduce blue light exposure. Touch sampling is rated at up to 500Hz, which should benefit gamers who require fast and responsive controls.
On the rear, the phone features a 50 megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization alongside an 8 megapixel ultra wide camera. A 16 megapixel sensor handles selfies and video calls.
Battery capacity is one of the biggest highlights. The Neo 11 Ultra packs a 9,100mAh silicon carbon battery, making it the largest battery ever used in an iQOO Neo series smartphone. It supports 100W wired charging.
According to iQOO, the battery can provide approximately 13.7 hours of continuous mobile gaming or up to 23 hours of video playback.
The phone features reinforced front glass and an aluminum frame. iQOO says the device successfully endured a 1.2 meter drop test onto marble flooring. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water.
An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is included and is designed to remain functional even when the user’s fingers are wet. Other features include a three antenna WiFi system, a 400Hz gyroscope for enhanced vibration feedback during gaming, and OriginOS 6 software.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra starts at 3,399 yuan, which is approximately $504, for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration.

The Neo 11 Ultra’s gaming hardware is unusually strong for its price, but its modest camera system is the clearest compromise for buyers seeking a more balanced flagship experience.
