Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy A07 5G in the Indian market, adding a new option to its well known A series lineup. The device targets the budget segment while still delivering features that matter, including a fluid high refresh rate screen, a large battery, and extended software support, all at an accessible price.

The newly launched Galaxy A07 comes with a large 6.7 inch LCD display offering HD Plus resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 800 nits. At its core, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built in storage. This hardware combination is aimed at delivering smooth everyday performance along with light gaming capability. The phone runs Android 16 out of the box with Samsung’s One UI 8 layered on top.

Samsung is also committing to long term support, promising six Android version upgrades and six years of security patches, which is rare at this price point. In terms of cameras, the rear setup includes a 50 megapixel main sensor alongside a 2 megapixel depth lens, while the front features an 8 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The device is backed by a sizable 6000mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging. The Galaxy A07 5G has launched in India in three color options, Black, Light Green, and Light Violet. Pricing starts at Rs 15,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 17,999. The smartphone is available via Amazon India and Samsung’s official website, with a launch offer that includes an instant bank discount of Rs 1,000.
